How the Application Process Works
Good to know: For some positions, a work sample/task may also be part of the application process. The process may vary slightly depending on the position. We’ll discuss the exact steps transparently with you during the first conversation!

1. Submit your application
You can easily submit your application via our website or by email to jobs@ambifox.com.
If no suitable position is currently advertised, feel free to send us an unsolicited application.

2. Confirmation of receipt & review
As soon as we receive your application, you’ll get a confirmation of receipt. We’ll then take a close look at your documents. Typically, we get back to you within 2–5 business days.

3. Phone call
If your application convinces us, we’ll invite you to a short phone call. This gives us the chance to get to know each other better and clarify initial questions about your experience, the position, and the general conditions. The call usually takes about 30 minutes.

4. Interview
If everything looks like a good fit after the first conversation, a more in-depth interview will follow. Depending on the position, this takes place online or on-site in Ahaus and lasts around 60 minutes.
The interview is conducted by Domi from the People & Culture team along with the respective head of department.

5. Decision & offer
After the final interview, we take about 2–3 days to make a decision. We’ll then get back to you with feedback on your application.
